Always looking for people to ride with (mainly midweek due to shift work).

Any fellow Liverpudlian mountain bikers on here? ๐Ÿ™‚

Mountain biking in Liverpool is on the up mate, with Landegla being just up the road people are starting to realise how brilliant this sport is!

stonemonkey - I live in the city centre.

Best bike shop in Liverpool I would say is Quinns Cycles on Edge Lane, I go there from time to time. But by most of my gear off tinternet, will just go there for repairs etc.

I went to the new Giant shop the other day, on Parliment street heading down towards the waterfront... its quite cool, bought some enduro glasses from there. Nice friendly staff.

Havent been to Quinns for ages . Used to use the action bikes / pembroke cycles on London Road but went back not so long ago and it had closed down. They had some good mechanics in there. Anyway enjoy the peaks

Hi Rob, On the Wirral also although Wednesday evening is difficult for me as Mrs Surfer works (self, self, self)

I'll drop you a note anyway, maybe we can meet up.

Bought my first bike from there in 96. Trek 6500!

Rod & Surfer

Mailed you both

DanDan, not sure which John you mean, but were not a club, more of a gang for people who should know better at our age. Getting on for a dozen of us,, although some only get out now and again. Its wednesday nights and saturday mornings. Couple of the lads live over the water although they dont make the wednesday ride much.
