[Closed] Any vets in the house, poorly cat

I've got a seven year old cat, usually full of life and active. Today she's been pretty quiet since lunchtime, sleeping mostly but in the last few hours has been sick a few times but only throwing up bile. Her third eyelid is partially exposed and she's pretty wobbly on her feet. Currently laying under the spare room radiator, where she never sleeps.

Not sure if we should take her to the overnight vet, regardless of cost, or leave it and see if she's better in the morning.

Any professional advice, or other cat owners experienced the same?
