Tis a reet bugger drawing cold air into your mouth and then experiencing, what can only be likened to, a red hot nail being prodded into your jaw.

Any, non - smartarse, tips on treating/preventing this? ๐Ÿ™

I find Arm & Hammer "Sensitive" works really well. Sooo much better than Sensodyne.

I had the same problem. Had to ride to work remembering to keep my mouth shut. Needed a filling. Dentist said I also brush my teeth 'too vigourously' and have worn them down!
