For mountain bikes there seems to be quite a few options if you want to upgrade to 11 or 12 speed. My road bike has Tiagra 4600 and I'd like to upgrade it a bit.
Cranks and brakes are fine so I'd just need shifters, gears & cassette. Does anyone do a package at a good price?

currently 10 speed. Not certain if that means no 11 speed? Rather no change wheels.

It went 11spd about 5 years ago so you'd more than likely be looking at 2nd hand stuff to do that.
Superstar Icon Ultra hubs. They accept 11 speed.
Chain Reaction, Wiggle, Merlin, Ribble Cycles, High on Bikes. That's where I would be looking.
