They could be out of the country at the moment. I don't think you'll get any money refunded now, pretty sure the cut off date was end of july.

They didn't allow that last year. As long as he knew all details, date of birth etc, ride as that person?
Think they're still in France, one of them finished 9th in the Mega Avalanche.
It's still worth trying to change the name etc. I think, altho not sure, the issue last year for one STW poster was turning up on the day and trying to make changes to places. Altho might be easier just to do as Nobeer says.
