[#3536649]

Just went to use mine today and it didn't appear to have much air pressure in it. After a bit of investigation the air appears to leaking from the base. Am I right in thinking this a return jobbie or is there a possible simple explanation??

They are simple inside, you can download the distructions and take it apart, check the 'o'ring and pump it back up.

Or just send it off to SRAM service center who are very quick, helpfull and will sort it for you.

If you do need a new 'o' ring you will have to get it from SRAM anyway, so perhaps its just as easy to send it off.

DO NOT STRIP! SRAM are apparently funny with warranties if you do. Send it back, mine did the same, and they replaced the seal (upgraded it) and had it back in a week.

You will have to send it to the Sram service centre via a local bike shop as they are not set up to take them from individuals.
