Some very poor driving here, the rider chose not to report it but that has been now done by the local cycling group.

Saw that last night, shocking driving.
Not sure where I stand on the issue of someone else reporting it based on the victims footage, when the victim had chosen not too, for whatever reason.

It seems that he passed the footage to the MEN for general awareness, I think it was an inevitable outcome once it had been published on the web.
