Order some bits on CRC Tuesday, all parts in stock. No sign of delivery so checked this morning and the status is still 'processing' 👿
Checked the stock levels and one item is showing as out of stock, so they held back on the order and haven't bother to inform me.
Really annoyed as I could have got this Wednesday from Wiggle, now I'm on the phone 10th in the poxy queue to cancel my order 😡
Come on guys, this service sucks and word is going to spread round fast that you're letting people down.

have you considered that you might have bought the last one and they've reflected this in their stock levels?
Sorry, but how do know that you didn't order the last one in stock and its been aocated to you?
For all you know it could be a Royal Mail issue.
You have high expectations, give them a chance.
Its only Friday morning, have some patience.
Not quite up to the usual standard it seems. Give them a chance to explain before bitching online though.
But if its shown as 'processing' it obviously hasn't left them, so its going to be Monday at best when it arrives - not good.
I bought a frame off them a few weeks ago & it was supplied with a RS Vivid shock not the Fox DHX advertised (still has the Fox instruction manual in the box though 🙄 ) so I tried ringing a few times but no answer so I email - no response but they changed the item description on thier website to say Vivid shock - service has gone downhill since last year.
But if its shown as 'processing' it obviously hasn't left them
Not always the case- sometimes it isn't updated (I've had it updated after the postie has delivered)

I got all the bits I ordered yesterday afternoon first thing this morning with standard postage. Can't fault CRC.
same.. mine is showing dispatched next day and i did order after 3 the day before.
I wonder just how many orders they get a day though, would be nice to know a figure
