I'll search my shed. Living very close to Ammanford as I do it is the least I can do. And I can confirm that the OP has been exceedingly proactive when it comes to informing all the users of a number of locally based FB pages.
Shed now searched- no KTM, just like yesterday and the day before...

I did spot a KTM once, but it was outside a shed.
But it was orange and black. Forks were white though.

I've just checked my shed. Even though I'm nowhere near Wales. No KTM's, I'm afraid. But in the spirit of the OP, (solidarity comrade) I'm going to stake out my shed, just in case. I've dug a trench, embedded myself there, and I've got enough food and water for the next few days

i won't be surpised if bike thieves are fellow cyclists judging by derogatory comments and stalking in a particular mountainbike website

I was officially made redundant today but I the resurrection of this thread has made me feel better 😀 It does feel wrong to laugh at someone elses misfortune though, especially in regards to cycle theft.

I was burgled (sense of intrusion, violation etc) and had a £1500 bike stolen from inside the house, I didnt dedicate the rest of my life to trying to find the bike or the thief.
A year on it really should be as easy to say "move on".

Yeah, I know, kind of came out a bit wrong.
The gist is that if he'd spent a whole year working on making a few quid in his spare time, he could surely have £200 by now?
A mate picked up a really nice old Cannondale on ebay for £70, great bike. Surely there are options like that?
It's a bit of an OTT effort for a bike which is probably at the bottom of a canal by now or being ridden round Swansea by some 15-year-old runner for the local drug dealer. Maybe it's been nicked again, sold on again?
Sorry to sound harsh but he left it unlocked in a Valleys town, it wasn't insured... And it's clearly not healthy to be spending this amount of time obsessing over it.
