Got an email this mornings saying our local (Portsmouth) store was closing and there were lots of bargains on bike, clothes and components..... well, I went and there were some useful bits; got a couple of years worth of chains and some training shoes and a tyre.
Sad to see another shop closing, but it did make me stock up and I spent money that would not have done.

Rob, I started a thread about it when it was first reported about a month ago; at that time it wasn't confirmed by the company.
No posts.

Browse he shop inside the Hemel Hempstead Snow dome during half term.  All clothes at half price and 1/3rd off bikes.  They had a T130 SLX in there for £1100.

I think Snow and rock have been restructuring. The cycle surgery in cotswolds in Newcastle closed down and was replaced by a runners need. Guess running is the new cycling?

Was chatting to the guys in the Leeds store last week. The cycling bit is being shut down and replaced with running stuff

Clearly where the market growth is (park run influenced I suspect)
