Need to replace the carbon bar on K's Rise 25 with something in aluminium.  I'm not a big fan of internal cable routing but for the Shimano e bike switch cable it's pretty good. On the old rise the cable got caught and pulled out a few times, whereas on the internal it's completely out of the way.

theres an Orbea option but does anyone know of any others?

There's the Pro Koryak in various flavours. It's a Shimano sub brand so has the holes for wires and what not.

I’ve found Shimano Pro products excellent.

Available from Freewheel or any LBS with a Madison account.

Brilliant, thanks.  RRP of the e-performance Alloy version is about the same as Orbea but it's lighter and easy enough to find for about 50% discount.
