Does anybody know if all the fittings on the Alfine 8 will work on an Alfine 11?

Have a look at the tech docs for each -

There doesn't look to be many interchangable parts.

Yes, thanks for that. It looks like some things will like the non-turn washers and the sprocket, but other things won't e.g. the cassette joint. Hrumph. Very useful to see those tho!
