I have an old pair of thin and stretchy fleece leggings that are pretty worn out. I have had them for ten years now. They were made by Sprayway, but they don't make them anymore. Will keep you warm in all temperatures, never feel wet or cold when wet, compact enough to stuff in a small backpack for when it gets chilly.
I wear them over cycling shorts and use them for other sports activities, so they musn't have any crotch padding.
I know that Pearl Izumi make a microfine fleece on a stretch Lycra fabric. Very thin and looks warm, but I don't know what it's called, or if they make a non-cycling variant. I'd need to see the fabric in the flesh to be sure (which is not easy seeing as I don't live near a stockist).
But are there any other makes out there?
Any help greatly appreciated!
I have some of these made by Chill Cheater:

Never used them on the bike though.
