Got a few hours spare, as I'm down here working, equidistant from both, where to go? Thinking afan whites level?
If like me you don't know that big word:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Equidistant
A point is said to be equidistant from a set of objects if the distances between that point and each object in the set are equal.
Brechfa is worth a trip if you're in that neck of the woods.
White's or Wall, both running well, White's has some closures but the diversion makes you end with the Skyline Descent, which is a good one. If you have time there is potential to cut across the fire road at the top and do a few extra bits. Enjoy, conditions are looking good!
i prefer afan, bit more scalextricky. cwmcarn is a bit more natural, although i hav'nt done the uplift thing there just a quick scoot round the xc route.
the xc loop is a bit rubbish at cwmcarn (IMO etc etc) but I like the downhill. depends on the sort of riding you do but I would go for afan if you want a good red route, cwmcarn if you want a downhill track
Looks like afan....
