After hitting the down hill trails my hands and wrists hurt pretty bad! I've never had an issue with them before but they are getting pretty bad now. Just wondering if you can recommend any good qeust supports as the ones I've been looking ad seem to only have reviews from people who have broken or damaged ligaments! I've been looking through the 661 range. Thanks in advance!

They're not going to help your problem. Wrist supports generally just stop hyperextension which is only relevant when you crash.

Options for your problem include
MTFU
Change your bar /stem / grip position
Alter your riding position (more weight forward may actually help your wrists, and bend your elbows more)
Buy better forks
