If you don't like spirits then I have no idea why you are even considering taking a hip flask. Cocoa, water, coffee, ??

Try Glayva... It's a whisky liquer, but it's really nice, no nasty kick to it.. (sort of tastes like cough mixture)..

Never understood the hip flask thing. If I want a drink, i'll find somewhere warm and comfortable like a pub to have it in ๐Ÿ™‚

why would you take alcohol on a cold night ride? it will only make you actually colder. drinking alcohol forces more blood past the surface of the skin so that the cold atmouspheric temperature can remove more heat from your core.

Try some non-alcoholic ginger wine/cordial..... a warm glow without the alcohol.
Or mix it with scotch if you want more of a kick.
