i have just built up a Norco Charger (about 07 i think) with Xt hubs with mavic crossride rims, rockshox revelation forks (a few cosmetics) and a shity groupset (but it does have an Xtr front mech :lol:) and hayes sole disc brakes (some cosmetic problems there).
It all functions perfectly and rides fantasticly but im looking for a freeride/all mountain bike this christmas and i need some more cash.

Have no useful advice and struggling not to say "I would sell my bike if I were you" so hope someone more useful will be along soon. 🙂
That said, if rest of groupset is pants, I might be tempted to keep the XTR if I had anything lower quality to replace it with.

Post it for sale on the classifieds and then buy what you want.
