Morning All

Whats the best way to remove the seals from a pair of Fox F29? I'm thinking ring spanner stylee leverage action?

What say the masses?

Shouldn't need to grease them, use a pipe of correct size as a 'driver' and remove the springs to save them from potential damage 😉

A cunning plan sir, its like you've done this before lol

No pipe to hand however the lid from the kids squash fits like a charm 😀

Quick question while I make tea, soak the new foam rings in fluid or smear them with some Stendec Easy Glide?
