Not ideal without a posting history, but if those things had genuinely happened to me, I'd be considering sharing my experiences on any Canyon-related thread I could find, even on forums I didn't usually frequent.
I like his user name. Quite neat.

Not everyone sits on a forum talking crap all day, some people use it as a place to voice genuine concerns/frustrations.
