anyone else had disputes with them?
ordered a tyre on 12th Novemeber. got the dispatch notice and the tracking number etc. waited in the day of delivery but never came. checked the tracking which said we were not in and that item was delivered to post office. no calling card from courier, and no mention of which post office. rang 3 of my local po's who were not prepared to rifle through all their parcels for one with my name on, which is fair enough. so contacted the courier. sent several messages to them but no reply, likewise have sent several messages to Acycles without reply. when i try to call their uk customer services number i just get a voicemail recording in french.
raised a dispute with them via paypal, again without reply so i escalated it, but that was over a week ago now. Paypal saying they have not yet had response from them either... 😕
