Looking to buy something from them and just want too double check that it is in stock, has anyone ever got an email back from them?

I bought my Supernova light through them - communication was a little poor and the website was still showing the item in stock while they were telling me they were waiting for it from their supplier. They were considerably cheaper though than the alternatives and in those circumstances I would use them again.
avdave2 that was what I was trying too check wasn't the case as none else has the item in stock.
Just got some Schwalbe tyres from them - same delivery time as CRC!
Just recieved an email back from them after 3 days and as suspected the item which said it was instock wasn't.
I found them the other day looking for a2Z hubs on crest 29er.
hubs = £130 the pair retail
rims = £120 the pair
spokes = £35 the lot?
total = £285 x 1.2 = €342
On sale built up for €524!

Try giving them a call. I ordered a groupset from them and after ordering realised I'd made an error. I phoned them up and they couldn't have been more helpful. Started with a polite 'good day' in my worst German and a 'do you speak English' 🙂
