Achnabobane Farm house I stopped there last year but as above your leaving it late. Nevis range Facebook site are listing available places but they will be going quick!!!

Achnabobane is lovely- "here's your breakfast, we killed it this morning" 
Torlinnhe B&B on the other side of Fort William is good too, wee bit pricier but the rooms are excellent- very modern, proper TVs not the usual 12 inch hotel specials, etc so good for post-ride crashing. Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, mmmmmmm. Both run by lovely people.
Good cheaper option is the Caledonian- it's a bus tour hotel really but £30 a night for decent enough rooms, en-suite baths... Oh what I wouldn't have given for a bath last time I was up!
