was thinking of doing the local club ride in about an hour and my mind is telling me yes but body no !!! feel drained ! just had some porridge and toast to try and boost myself , any tips ?

yes but trying to up my fitness a bit , could just sit at the back
do some stretching exercies, and go unless you feel bad...you will be glad you did!

Get out there and pedal. If its crap when you are out let the know and drop home. I normally am an amazing olympian when I feel crap.

I seem to always do better(in comparison to my riding buddies) when I feel drained/under the weather
On a so called "I feel good day" I never seem to quite cut it....stamina and energy wise.
Then again I'm definately not normal ๐
