Heading to aberfoyle on tues/wed, can anybody recommend some good trails in the area?
Hard to explain where they are, just go looking and check strava. I may be about, could do a wee tour if so
i did have a look on starva,plenty of red lines on that hill just wondering if there was any obvious landmarks or points that might help with finding them.
Not really, just tyre tracks. They can be at the steep rough technical end of the scale, very Enduro!
As above - no real landmarks to point them out, Strava is your best bet.
Most are definitely at the harder end of the scale but they are great trails.

ride quite a lot around the tweed valley so i know what to expect. I'm guessing steep and muddy
Not so muddy. Lots of rock and narrow trail. There are two new lines that aren't always on strava
What's the descent from Ben Venue like these days? I've done it several times but the last time was several years ago and it had become increasingly boggy.
