Looking to build up a pair of 29er geared wheels.

Hubs are M775's and the rims are Bonty Mustang Disc.

I think I need 291/292/293 spokes.

Anyone help please or point me to a spoke calculator that isn't DT and lists options of hubs/rims :O)

I would double check that ERD figure as well. My rims have a sticker on them that lists the ERD as 596mm.

Bonti Mustang: 622-18.3(rim profile) =603.7

Hmm not sure

On a connected note.

How much different does a mm make?

For my wheelbuild I come out with 284mm and 285mm for the spokes, seeing as most companies do spokes in 2mm increments will I get away with 32 284mm spokes?

round down is best - most spokes you can get in 1mm increments (sapim race go in 1mm jumps though lots of shops just stock in 2mm increments.

Yes.

To the OP, just but 292mms all round. I've just built some 29er wheels (Pro 2, Stans 355) and they came out at just either sis of 292 as well. I just ordered 66 292mms (2 as spares before you ask) 🙂
