cut hoses look dodgy as hell
Most other stuff is easily unbolted from locked up bikes - not exactly definitive proof tho.
Recon forks with (by the looks of it) headset bearings but no cups looks pretty shifty too.

But if he was stripping a bike that was left locked (or where he's cut the frame), why wouldn't he just keep the hoses too.

Was thinking about this the other day. Time to get replacement bolt set for stem face plate and clamp. Mix and Match Hex/Torx at least to make it a bit trickier to remove?

Can't believe someone would actually try to offload the above on ebay without at least removing them from the bars before taking the pic. Cut hoses would still be a give-away though.

how do we get this guy charged?
do you mean how do we get someone to look into whether this guy is actually dodgy?
If you believe that an item on eBay may be a stolen item, please:

1. Get the item number and the seller's user ID.
2. Inform your local police and ask them to get in touch with us. The investigating officer can use the 'Email us' link on the right-hand side of this page to let us know.

Please note that we can only investigate such a serious allegation if it comes from the police.

Dunno if it's a thief or just someone picking up cheap bikes and parts from Skips, house clearances or a pawn shop and just flipping them on via fleabay.

of course clipping the hoses on a pair of brakes shown very little mechanical sympathy, but doesn't automatically mean he's a thief...

Stolen iPhone maybe: RCD A BARRED PHONE SELLER UNAWARE RECEIVED FULL REFUND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5* ??

Most of the items on feedback look like 'theft material'...phones, laptops, bikes..

Emailed seller to ask about hoses:

yes the hoses were cut because my dog got to the bike and messed up alot of the stuff his teeth could get through when you buy these in the shop they dont come with hoses

Interesting answer...brakes that don't come with hoses???

I bought some brakes off ton on here that had cut hoses - he's definitely not a thief.
