Can't tll from the picture, but is that a replacement top hat thingy?

Rf don't have the "top hat" of a shimano BB, they just have a bearing shield (cap?), and being as these are labelled as the RF X-Type bearing cap & at that price I'd risk it for a biscuit.

Is there a service guide for X-type BB's?
The bearing caps look glued-on to me.

Buzz - think there's one in the current MBR? Not positive but think it was January's issue, leafed thru a pals copy yestrday.
