Does a frame need to have specific type of geometry in order for it to be able to suit both rigid and suspension forks? I'd quite like a set up that has the flexibility for both, but I'm still learning the ropes, so I'm not sure what makes a bike suitable for both!
Cheers.

you correct the rigid fork length for the frames designed suspension fork length. the frame doesnt matter just match the axle to crown measurement
sensibly you would want to look for a frame designed to run around 100mm- 130mm
Cotic soul, on-one inbred, any oldskool xc frame, etc
(you would exclude something like a dialled alpine)
