The bill threatens to make trespass a criminal offence by creating public spaces protection orders – in fact, exclusion orders – applied to places like open country and village greens, where the public currently has the right of recreation

Could be an issue where cyclists and ramblers need to work together.

Section 53 is the relevant section.
It does look like it could be abused and used to block specific activities. I.e. Biking, Kayaking etc.
