I'm torn between sizes, I ride a 19" orange 26" hardtail. There's not much between the two sizes but am I right in sizing down to the 19 with it being a 29er?

Not sure if this helps, but I'm 6ft and I have a 19" Unit. Relatively short in the leg (31" or so).

I'm 6'2" 34" inseam got a 19"....would have preferred the 20".
