Easton were the only ones I know that did Flat 685mm - they tend to be be shorter now though buddy - Usually 585mm - but if you can pick up a set of 2007/ 2008 Easton Flats, they were 685mm around that year....but again, most of that age would probably have been cut. Don't forget, because they are flat, they seem wider anyway....

Easton do an EA70 in 685 flat but it is OS. A new stem might be worth a look as 25.4mm bars are becoming thinner on the ground.

I was going to say Salsa but I think their biggest standard clamp bar is 680mm. Going to an o/s stem will really up your options a lot.
