Anyone spotted any bargains ??
Mate of mine wants to buy a MTB tomorrow
Leaning toward 29er but would also consider a 26er also.
One of the Trek 29er would be good..
Cheers
J.
Might get a lower level Giant 29er, work colleague has one and is mighty impressed
Voodoo Hoodoo/Bokor? Look decent, stocked at Halfords. Curiously the 29er versions seem to be in 20.5" minimum.

Thanks for posting that 👿 . I'd just Managed to forget about these in the hope that they'd probably all gone by now. I don't need another bike.
I don't.
I really, really don't.
Thanks for updates.
Current favorite is Trek Mamba 29er, which is £600 with some bits added.
The lad needs gears.

These are nice frames also..
All of the trek geared 29ers use the same frame, so go for the cheapest (Marlin) to leave more money for upgrades. I'm very pleased with mine - it rides really well.
Update here - he went with the trek mamba.
£600 at pedalon.
Thanks for all the advice..
