[Closed] 3rd party insurance for cyclists

When I drive my car i'm covered for most risks by my insurance company.

Is there anything similar for cyclists. Ie If I'm found liable for an accident who pay's?

Who would represent me if a car driver is liable for an accident and I'm injured bike damaged.

With more and more people communting by bike, surely there must be some scheme?
