Is there such a product? My Altura waterproof shorts are great for keeping my bum dry, but they are quite stiff and don't half chafe my legs with the mud n grit chucked up. I need something longer under them with some weather protection.

That's what I'm using at the moment under my waterproof shorts; works well.

Only if the knee warmers don't keep falling down! I find that knee warmers are fine when keeping still like on the road bike, but as soon as I head off road and need to stand up / sit down a lot they fall down.

I just bought some new Gore 3/4s (not bib) which are ace. Also have some pearl izumi fleecy bib ones which are brilliant - nice and fuzzy but with a mesh bib so not too hot up top. They were a bit pricy though.

Bit of a hijack but why get 3/4 length over full length?

That's exactly what I do Clink. If your lycra shorts are tight enough round the thighs then how do your knee warmers fall down.

I think it must be something to do with my powerful thighs ๐Ÿ˜†

Its just when I have to stand up and move the bike about they creep down.

Blimey - how tight are your shorts? ๐Ÿ˜ฏ
