As stated, I have the misfortune of owning a pair of Easton Haven disc wheels. The rear hub in question is the the issue and is now rendered useless. I am wanting to rebuild these wheels with hopefully another 24 hole mtb disc hub with 135mm spacing.
Anyone know of any? I'm drawing a blank.

You could always try running a road disc hub.

Couldn't you use a 32 hole and skip every third hole?

Obviously, this is a bad idea, but I'm interested to see how it turns out.

You should be able to find a dt swiss hub 350 or 240 in 24 hole.

Or have a look on eBay and you'll be bound to be able to pick up a novatec rear hub with 24 holes.

I also have 24h Pro 3s and don't find them too bad with LB 38mm carbon rims BUT I have only ended up with this combo because I didn't want to bin the hubs and could reuse the spokes too. My suggestion is bite the bullet and replace the whole wheel with something more standard unless the rims really are special.

Is it? I thought you could build a wheel using a hub with extra holes as long as the mismatch is even all the way round and you calculate your spoke lengths correctly.

you calculate your spoke lengths correctly.
