has anyone done this? whats the plan on getting the spacers out? is there a "correct" way or is it just lever them out with the 20mm axel?

I've done a cannondale one, the center spacer/tube could be pressed slightly out of the way, enough to get to the lip of one of the bearing, knocked this out and the spacer drops out and you can get o the other side easily.
