Well I'd just like to say what awesome service I've received from 2 Pure this week.
I emailed them a week or so ago about my Joplin 3 and it's woes, they came straight back with a returns number and an address.
So on Monday lunch time I posted it, next day recorded with a little covering letter. I got back from that London this morning and my post was on the stairs.
My missus said it turned up on Thursday, pretty damn excellent in my mind.
Almost as excellent as selling stuff that doesn't break in the first place.
Can't think of much MTB related stuff that doesn't have issues, especially components with moving parts, or things made from Ti (if recent topics are anything to go by) ๐
yeah but everyone other than crank bros seems to realise that they have a design flaw in the first place
