Is my chain too long?

I overlapped the ends by one more link to see if it looked better but it looked a bit tight to me but this is probably a bit long. what do you guys think?

as long as there's enough spring in the derailleur to tension the chain in the smallest cog at the back it should be ok?

From memory I think there was enough tension in the rear mech. Will check again tonight though.

If the chain is too short, then the derailler will make horrid noises when in the biggest cogs
