Just bought an Ellsworth Moment all mountain frame & not sure what fork would be the best for ot or may be for me. Just going to be used for XC with decents that they bring on no real full on down hill. Whats your thoughts anyone potentials I have missed. ๐Ÿ™„

Definitely not 180mm for that sort of riding, even 160 would be too much I think. I'd be looking at <140mm if the frame design allows that without badly affecting the handling..

Yeh the Moment is a 160 frame but not sure on anything beyond this. Are manufacturers remaking frames to suit the bigger travel I wonder?

In the spirit of compromise, why not grab a 170 Lyrik?

Like your style always a compromiser. Just been on the website and yep 160 is the recco so not wanting to upset things will go with the reccomandations.

Already spunked out on a pith few years ago just wanted a little more dude. Not everyone will be on the same wave lenght as to what I put into words
