Anyone done it? Whats it like.

Thinking of getting some adjustable forks, keep em 150 most of the time but thought a bit extra travel and slacker headangle would suit on my planned alpine adventures.

Or will the bike handle like a pig and possible break...?

I have run 150mm and 160mm on mine and it gets a little rakey at 160 uphill.

Whats the extra 10mm worth? Prob not much downhill

Just had a mail back from Danny at Santa Cruz. Apparently the bike isn't covered by warranty if I run 170s, so may give it a miss and try to source some 160s instead. Not that I'm that bothered about the warranty, but I am worried about it breaking in two when I'm heading down a hill

on a side note, Took the chap 15 minutes to respond to my query...hows that for customer service from Santa Cruz!
