I now have a frame that has a 1.5" headtube, it already has an FSA Pig Onepointfive headset installed. My current fork is a 1 1/8 steerer, is it possible to get an insert to convert this headset to suit? Or should I just get a new headset?

Don't know if you can adapt your current headset but I run a Hope 1.5" step down head set. Got it from CRC recently. Does the job.

I have the same headset and I think the answer is no.
1.5in steerer forks are a right bargain though, so maybe consider replacing/upgrading yr existing fork?

Loads of reducer headsets out there. I wouldn't be buying a new set of forks just to fit a £40 headset.
