pipedream full moxie mates just got one and raving about it.
production privee no5 when there back available another good shout

transition sentinel but my be out side budget for new version looks loverly though

not ridden any other than the 27.5 Shan full sus which have to say was next on the grip front from the back end steel bikes My carry a bit more lard but they are something else.

That carbon Pace looks great value too, if a bit of an unknown.

I can concur with your thoughts on the Rallon, I demoed one and whilst for reach I'd need a large (at 5'10") the top tube felt very high.  On the flip side it was a fast bike and felt a lot better on the flats and ups than a 170/160 bike has any right to.

Also agree with Chapa, if you are looking at an Orange demo one.  I have owned 2 FS Oranges in the past (222 and a 2016 Five) and both felt as though they skipped over bumps rather than ploughing through.

If you are looking at a Hightower, the lower link SCs are great.  I'd agree with contacting them (or having the frame owner do so) to see if they would register the frame against your name.  They use the frame number as the point of reference.  Ex demo bikes can usually be registered against the 'new' owner.
