Has anyone heard when 11 speed is going to filter down to X9/XT lines?

I want it but can't afford it.

Cheers
Rich

It's coming to X0 next year:

Shimano still not behind it

I wouldn't get too excited though. Apparently the X0 version wont be that much cheaper than the XX1. It'll still be expensive.

The cassette is the silly expensive part, and an X0 10 speed cassette is only £60 cheaper than an XX cassette, over £200, and a good chunk more than XTR. Don't expect X01 to be a bargain!

Well, actually its 2 - a chuffing large one at one end, and a smaller on at the other. Its a great bit of kit but chuffing expensive.

I had been saving up for some xx1 but my current 1x 10 seems fine since Christmas
Don't see how it be worth it for me , apart from running a bigger front ring to leave my friends behind on the smooth bits and road

i'd be much more excited about '5speed that works when it's a bit gritty' for the commoners.
