[Closed] 11 speed chain length?

On previous 2x9 I have always set the chain length by largest chainring to largest cassette sprocket +2 links. Is it the same for 1x11spd?

Using a SRAM 1170 on Shimano XT cassette and rear mech.

Any advice appreciated before I lop the chain off!

Same system is what the big S advise.
