Going 10 speed and want a supply of quick links like power links, what are the best?

I used KMC ones - I think they're called 'missong links'

Having said that, I leant a friend a 9 speed link mid ride and it seemed to work fine for the rest of the day.

KMC - from EBay, rather than the ridiculous prices from elsewhere.

A KMC 10 speed connector worked well for me on a sram chain but then I went to shimano and it wouldn't go on. I've ended up using a sram 9 speed powerlink, I haven't had any issues and they're considerably cheaper. Don't get the 10 speed sram powerlock as it can be removed but you have to work it off with pliers. Haven't tried the wippermann connex link but they're also reasonably priced and are supposed to work well.

Clarkes ones from CRC - cheap as chips & seem to work well.

Get a wipperman connex chain and you get a reusable link, great chains.

The sram 10 speed are power lock links and supposed to be 1 time use but you can get them apart but its a pain in the ass. You can buy KMC ones off ebay here for £8.50 for a pair of them...

I have one on my shimano chain. Not heard of using 9 speed sram powerlink on 10 speed chain.. but if it works.

I had a chain break when out on my 10-speed road bike. I only had a 9-speed Powerlink in my bag so I tried that.....

....and it's been on ever since.
