Will 105 5700 mechs work with 5800 11 speed stis and cassette?

Nope. The 2015 Shimano Components manual has a compatibility chart on pages 224 and 226. They show no compatibility between 11 and 10 speed road components I am afraid.

5700 shifters work with a 5800 front mech.
Done it, tried it, works.
