how do i find this, usuing dt spoke length calc and it's asking for this measurement, but Hope specs don't seem to show it, any ideas?

just measured an xc hub in the garage.. 2.6 is your answer. Probs the same for all hope hubs. Doesn't make a real difference to the calculated lengths if it's slightly off anyway

cheers, which bit did you measure?
oh and number of intersections is what cross pattern you want i guess?

across the hole with a vernier calliper.
