Do you think you can build a Nukeproof Scout faster the Elliott Heap and Adam Brayton? Watch this video to find out!
This is not your typical dream build. There is no chilled music or mood lighting and there is a little more vomiting than usual too, but if you’ve ever wondered how well a pro rider can handle a wrench this might help answer your question.
Ahead of the hotly anticipated Scoutin’ About Part Trois, Brayton needed a hardtail and a few weeks of practice to toughen up his bones to hang it all out with Elliott and Co. Short of a “pro build” as all the pro mechanics have flown off to warmer climates in hibernation between seasons, the build was left to grandad and grandson of A&E Customs. Built with half the tools required and 1/3 of the patience, it’s far from a relaxing “dream build” they even put a clock to it. Turned out alright (we think).
Huge thanks to Jonny at Fit4Racing for filming and editing the antics.
