As we found out this year, the Ard Rock Festival is one of the best mountain bike events going in the UK. Held up in the Yorkshire Dales National Park at the start of Autumn, the Ard Rock Enduro provides competitors access to some truly superb singletrack with glorious views. The good news that we’ve just heard is that the dates for the 2017 event have been locked in, so make sure you pencil this one into your calendar for next year!

Enduro
4-5 August 2017
Saturday hosts the legendary Ard Rock Enduro. A specially designed 45km loop (measured in country miles) with 5 Alpine-style stages on natural rock-strewn terrain and optional practice on Friday.
Enduro Sport
6 August 2017
The same course and 5 timed stages as the Ard Rock Enduro, BUT, the Enduro Sport takes place on Sunday for riders who care more about completing the challenge and adventure, than every tenth of a second.
Enduro Sprint
4-5 August 2017
A tad shorter but still proper ‘ard at 30km with around 2000 metres of combined climbing and descending. 3 of the Ard Rock special stages, also open to 15-17 year olds.
Enduro Intro
6 August 2017
An inclusive event and perfect introduction to the full ‘Ard Rock, the Intro is a 30km loop with 3 timed Ard Rock stages that get progressively more technical.
Festival
4-6 August 2017
All tickets include entry to the festival with onsite camping with facilities (£5 per night), industry leading expos and support, day and night rides, food, beer and live music. And an event marquee for proper entertainment all weekend long.
Entry information
One person can enter up to 6 riders. You will need – the name, email address, emergency contact, emergency contact number, team name and date of birth of every rider. Once you click enter, your places will be saved for 15 minutes so you can enter all of your information accurately.
Group entry – If you would like the same start time as somebody else, please make a group code up and ensure you enter exactly the same ‘group code’ as anyone else you wish to ride with on the entry form. Please note we can not confirm that everybody in your group will start at exactly the same time.
