It’s been less than a week since ‘Mountain Biking – The Untold British Story’ has been available to the public, and already the reviews are flooding through! The documentary details the incredible forty year history that predates mountain biking today in the UK, and along the way, it has unearthed some incredible stories about the pioneers of the sport. While the British mountain biking scene in 2016 is home to some highly successful athletes, few riders out there are aware of how it all came to be in the beginning. ‘Mountain Biking – The Untold British Story’ (also known as #mtbmovie) is the first film of its kind to bring these stories to life.
As you can probably tell from some of the feedback coming through from those who have already downloaded and watched the film, it’s an absolutely brilliant movie that EVERY British mountain biker should watch. That said, we’ve had plenty of glowing reviews coming through from our American buddies who have had the chance to learn about the British riding scene that was developing in parallel with those bearded hippies in California and Colorado.
Currently #mtbmovie is sitting at a 9.9/10 rating on IMDB.com, which means it’s rated higher than The Godfather! How’s that for a positive rating! If you need any further convincing, then read through some of the reviews that have been published on the movie’s Vimeo page, Twitter, our Facebook page and on our website. Already convinced?
